Agile Project Management

 This training is provided tuition FREE by the Stanislaus County Office of Education

This hybrid, (Paced Learning with Flexibility) in-person and remote learning course is designed for supervisors, managers, and administrators.

Agile project management is an iterative approach to project management that

focuses on breaking down large projects into more manageable tasks, which are

completed in short iterations throughout the project life cycle.

Teams that adopt the Agile methodology are able to complete

work faster, adapt to changing project requirements, and optimize their workflow.

This hybrid, (Paced Learning with Flexibility) in-person and remote learning course is designed for supervisors, managers, and administrators. The 20-hour training is organized around 8, two-hour sessions and 4-hour of course project work. Durning each session, students will meet with the instructor and other course participants both, in-person and through on-line video conferencing.

Week 2: Implementing Agile - Virtual

Week 3: Leading an Agile Team - Virtual

Week 4: Closing a Project - In Person 10:00am to 12:00pm at 1310 I Street, Modesto, CA

Certification of Completion received after completing a Capstone Project
