The Supervisor Development Academy will give supervisors a foundation to develop skills essential to furthering their success and that of your business. This 5-session program addresses leadership, communication, conflict resolution, planning, and team building; with an emphasis on building peer-to-peer relationships.
5 sessions for a total time commitment of 20 hours.
